How Are Points Calculated?

Earn 1 loyalty point for every ৳100 wagered. Double points apply on Live Casino and Sports Betting.

Points can also be converted into real cash — every 100 Points = ৳10.

Can My Level Go Down?

Each level is held for a minimum of 30 days. If the required target isn't met the following month, you may drop back to the previous level.

However, Diamond and Crown members enjoy special protection — once earned, their status is secured for 6 months.

When Do Upgrades Happen?

All account tiers are reviewed every Monday at midnight. If the requirements are met, new benefits go live the very next morning.

Once you tier up, you'll receive a notification on the DK Gamers app as well as an email confirmation.

Why Is DK Gamers VIP the Top Choice for Players in Bangladesh?

DK Gamers VIP members don't just get more cashback — they get an entirely different experience. Withdrawals are processed ahead of regular members, they receive priority customer support, and they unlock offers that regular players never even see.

During events like the Cricket World Cup or Eid season, DK Gamers organizes exclusive tournaments and special bonus events for VIP members. This kind of exclusive access is available solely because of your VIP status. DK Gamers believes its most loyal players deserve the best treatment.

The Vision Behind the DK Gamers VIP Program

When DK Gamers launched in Bangladesh, our goal from day one was to make everyday players feel truly valued. We understood that great games alone weren't enough — those who come back regularly, those who trust us, deserve something more.

That vision is what gave birth to the DK Gamers VIP Program — one of the most comprehensive and rewarding loyalty programs in Bangladesh's gaming industry. Six tiers, a points system, a personal manager, and exclusive tournaments, all designed with Bangladeshi players in mind.

Many players assume going VIP means spending a lot of money. But at DK Gamers, you can start at Bronze with just ৳5,000 in monthly bets — a perfectly normal amount for a regular player. You grow at your own pace, and the benefits grow with you.

Special Events Calendar for VIP Members

DK Gamers hosts special events for VIP members throughout the year. Here are some of the regular highlights.

Every Monday: Reload Bonus for Gold+ Members
Every Wednesday: Double Points for Platinum+ Members
Every Month: Crown & Diamond Exclusive Tournaments
Eid & Festivals: Special Bonus for All VIP Members
World Cup & Major Matches: VIP-Only Betting League

Once you reach VIP status, do you keep it permanently?

Maintaining your VIP level requires a set betting amount each month. However, DK Gamers offers a "Grace Period" and "Freeze" feature to help members avoid losing their level.

You can activate "Level Protection" once a year — when enabled, your level won't drop for one month, even if you don't meet the requirements.

FAQs

VIP FAQs

To strengthen the security of your DK Gamers account, enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended — and especially important for VIP members. To activate it, log in to your account and go to Settings → Security → Two-Step Verification. An OTP will be sent to your mobile number — use it to verify. From that point on, each login will require your password along with a one-time OTP sent to your number. This feature is also available on the DK Gamers app — using 2FA together with biometric login via the app settings gives your account the highest level of protection.

All your betting history and transaction details are stored securely at DK Gamers. To view them, log in to your account, go to the dashboard, and click on "Betting History" or "Transaction History." There you'll find dates, game names, bet amounts, win/loss results, and payment details. You can also filter by date range. The DK Gamers app lets you view this information offline as well — the last 90 days of records are cached. VIP members can also request a detailed statement for any period directly from their personal manager.
